Women & Girls Mental Health & Mental Skills
A new RFU resource providing information on mental health, identifying when an individual might need support with their mental health and how to be a supportive teammate. The toolkit also provides information on mental skills that can support psychological safety and enhance performance on the pitch.

Suicide Prevention
At the RugbySafe Dial-in on 08/01/2025 there was a presentation introducing an Internet browser module that clubs may want to utilise.
The module is designed to discreetly intercept flagged search terms and signposting the user to free, 24/7 mental health support. The package will identify Internet searches relating to suicide.

Clubs may want to consider loading this package onto their Wi-Fi networks.
